An alliance born out of shared vision with more than 40+ years of experience of Mr. Vijay Goradia, an Architect and Consultant tycoon of Real Estate Industry along with Mr. Bhimaji Mukund Mhatre & others having vast experience and exposure in this industry for land acquisition and building development joined forces to create a powerhouse of innovation and excellence. Vijay Goradia

Our Esteemed founder, with over 40 years of extensive experience as successful and leading project engineering consultant in this industry brings on table his expertise and experience. With a passion for innovative design and a deep understanding of spatial planning, Vijay Goradia has established himself as a respected figure in this Industry. Taking forward with Vijay Goradia’s Legacy, we also introduce next generation dynamite support and consultation from Nilay Goradia and Nihar Goradia.

Bhimaji Mhatre

Our journey began with three visionary brothers, Bhimaji Mhatre, Mangesh Mhatre, and Kamalakar Mhatre, who shared a passion for transforming landscapes into thriving communities. With over 30 years of experience in land acquisition and building development, they have established a reputation for delivering exceptional projects. As we evolve, we introduce the next generation of Mhatre’s, stepping forward, bringing fresh perspective from Bhavik Mhatre and Piyush Mhatre.
